They commit elder abuse and fraud. They told my (75y old) dad in person from the salesmans mouth easy returns on mattresses. The mattress arrived today, and its huge! He can not climb in bed to sleep tonight! He immediately called to retun the mattress and they were refusing to take it back, the sales man told him to his face he could return any of his purchase if he was not happy with it and thats a lie!
