It is incredible how unprofessional raymour and flanigans is. Spending thousands is suppose to be the bad part of shopping. This company makes every bit of the experience terrible. If I could go back in time, I would stop myself and build the furniture before shopping here. They will blame the terrible experience on a “new system” they are using. They simply just don’t care.
