I ordered a bed frame . It was supposed to be at the store the next day . It didn’t make . The associate at the store had it loaded on a truck with no delivery charge and it was delivered the following day.
It was a very nice experience, from the moment I walked into store the staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to understood my need and guided me to the best available options. As I mentioned earlier, I wanted to update my review post-delivery to share the complete experience. Timothy was so patient with me. I made a second trip to the store and finally decided on 2 couches. I am terrible at making large decisions and he put up with all my crazy questions! Love my recliners, hope they last as long as my last ones.
