The sales associate I worked with was nice and knowledgeable about the products and my options. I did buy a desk and a credenza as is off the show room floor. For some reason it could not be included in my scheduled delivery leaving me to pick it up in the store. I went to pick it up and it was wrapped in plastic which is fine but the desk was still fully assembled with the base not being securely attached. I purchased a beautiful very comfortable memory foam queen size bed this past January from Raymore and Flanigan. That was my first mistake because the day they delivered the bed and took my other one out they didn't put it where I showed them they took it out front of my house and leaned the mattresses up against my wall of my house out front. It cost me another $125 to have them removed the bed itself cost me $700. Yesterday I had to move the bed, that's why there are wheels on beds so you can move them. They never responde... read more
