I've been making the claim for two weeks and they haven't given me an answer. They tell me that they are going to call me in 24 hours and they don't. Terrible service!! But to sell there, yes, they attend your phone. I want to return all this. And I tell them not to buy more there, because if there are problems they don't take charge! I was missing part of the product, the screws and the base where to put the mattress!

Update: I made a payment at store on 10/9/25 for $311(my due date payment was for 10/17/25). It's been 13 days and my payment hasn't gone through. I got hit with a $29 late fee. My new statement will be available soon which will show the late fee which is bullshit because I made my payment on time. Someone better figure this out soon if not I will be at the store again this Thursday or Friday to return everything and someone better refund me my $311. Don't make me get a lawyer involved. I placed an order 2 Sundays ago and paid over 700$ cash, the very next day I cancelled the order because of financial difficulties and they said I wouldn’t get the check in 3 to 5 business days well it’s been 10 days now n it’s still not processed. I’m 100% service connected total and permanently Disabled Veteran on a set budget and they keep on lying to me. WHERES MY MONEY. I’m going outside there store with a sign to keep out other shoppers. What a disgrace
