I want to thank the staff for being so polite and kind to my family. We had a terrible loss and they were very supportive.
RecommendedI have visited Raymore Animal Clinic twice with my cats. The staff are very courteous and treat the animals like they were their own. I feel comfort in the knowledge shown by the staff about animal care. Lilly and Lucy Liu have received excellent care at Raymore Animal Clinic.
I had previously used Raymore Animal Clinic under it's old owner, Dr. Stach. I would't take a dead mouse to him, after two horrid experiences. I knew it changed ownership so, I was a little concerned to try and use them again but my poor 15 1/2 year old cocker had such a bad ear infection, I really wanted to get him in asap and I figured, what can they do wrong with an ear infection, right? I was able to get my fur baby into Raymore Animal Clinic the very same day I called. Melissa, was so friendly as was Dr Scheele. They had a decent sized cat perch in their exam room which my cat loved and even a litter box too for the just in case. Melissa even sprayed some cat pheromones to help make my kitty feel more at ease. Dr. Scheele was so informative and took his time looking at my Lenny. This was the first time coming into Raymore animal clinic since the new turn over. I felt they cared for my kitten and was very courteous!
They took great care of my dog. They got Mocha right in.
