Need a better system for prescriptions. You wait just as for 1 prescription as you do for several. Shouldn't have to wait 30 to 45 for call in refills .
The VERY kind ladies at medical records were OUTSTANDINGLY KIND and helpful. They were still so happy and willing to help me after I had unknowingly walked in a bit after hours (my fault). It was a very warm interaction that I appreciate so much!
