As a pilot, I needed an iridectomy to continue flying and working for a living. Dr Mecca usually tries to line up 10-12 to make it worth the while going into surgery. He only had four patients, but because he realized the financial hardship I would face if I could not work, he did the four of us. He's an excellent doctor who goes beyond just the treating of his patients.
