Today I called to book an appointment to fix my broken denture plate, which is only 12months old, no answer so left a msg as instructed. No callback so I went in, I explained my situation and that I had called without a response so I thought I would drop in. The lady got immediately offended and stated that they were busy and short staffed. I left my plate to be fixed with them to pick up in the afternoon. I had an amazing experience here Frank got my teeth cleaned and sorted couldn't of asked for better service. To the review below mine i was in the practice at the time of this situation if anyone was a Karen it was the customer the staff handled this excellent. I don't understand how some people can just think that everything is for free. Also demanding to know the staff members name like who even are you. I have been going to this dentist for the past 2 years its the cheapest around.

i am only 16 and i am so disappointed in how they treated my grandfather, he has a brain injury and needs a little extra bedside manner and understanding and none was given, even when the dentist was aware of the situation. the dentist was rough, disrespectful and did not give a proper consult, he walked around the room complaining about my grandfather in-front of my grandfather, me and my mum. most people book with him because he is always available but this is because his appointment times are like a drive thru and rushed,... read more
