Terrible! Here’s a practice that has zero backup for a Dr that goes on almost a month vacation. I have nothing against hard working Dr’s taking a break but have a backup so patients with critical issues don’t have to wait weeks’ for lab results to be reviewed by the vacationing Dr before they will relay the results. By the time I hear from this Dr my 86 year old father might be in the hospital for a condition he’s supposed to be treating. My go-to nephrologist expert that has resulted in keeping my CKD stable and out of his office for many years.
Pretty disappointing experience with this practice. Tried to reach Dr Raut several times after having recent 24 hr urine and blood testing but could not get a call back from Dr. Raut or a reply to my email on Nuvance's secured message system. I've been seeing Dr. Raut for over 2 years and know very little about the issues with my kidney function. I'm in process of switching to a new nephrologist.
Dr. Raut is the best. He takes his time with the patients and listens to you. I would recommend him.
First doctor to get my Gout under control and with a a great preventive plan. Also the first one that gave me good dietary advice and the first one that I felt he really listen to me and not just prescribed pills. Great doctor!
