I bought a 2006 caravan 4 years ago. It's been great no issues. However my parents bought a van from him as well. Had many issues to address since purchase. I also bought a 2011 Dodge caliber and he told me it had a new k frame. A year later the frame just cracked and the mechanic said there no way that's factory. Last year 2022, Ray Knapp sold my Aunt a used vehicle. One year later she went to get the vehicle inspected and it won't pass inspection. Ray Knapp sold to my 71 year old Aunt and falsely inspected a used vehicle knowing the frame was dangerously defective. On top of that the gas line is failing and the transmission is failing. He refuses to help her make things right... she drove 2,000 miles in one year going to church and errands. We are so fortunate the car did not break in half while she was driving down the road.
Got my daughter's 1st car (truck) from them today. We had been looking and her boyfriend recomended them as he got his first vehicle from them. As he described, a couple of nice old guys that have been there a long time. The truck was much nicer by far than anything else in the price range. They redid all the brakes and new calipers before we picked it up (at their expense to make it right for her). All this for 8 grand. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Bought a car from him had a bad frame garages said they were surprised it got inspected and refused to work on a fuel leak it had I'd give them 0 starts but it don't let me go any lower
