I lived here for about 3 years and I don't regret it at all. When me and my roommate first moved in, our landlord Mr. Paul was always a call/text away when we needed anything. We never had any major problems while staying there but anything we needed he would send Mr. James, the sincerest maintenance manager I've ever met. Never had a problem with bugs or disrespectful neighbors. I don't think I could or would want to live anywhere else. Tried to get our deposit back and they said that they couldn’t give it back to us because we had an unpaid pet deposit even though we paid it the first month and that we left the place a mess and that had to send in a cleaning crew even though we cleaned up everything before we moved out.
