Wonderful practice with exceptional staff from front desk to providers everyone truly cares about their patients. Highly recommend. Dr. Ray Palona was excellent. Thank you all for providing excellent care.
I had a dental implant put in by Dr. Plona a couple years back. Everything went very well. About 6 months later I had some irritation and my dentist referred me back to Dr. Plona. Dr. Plona cleaned up under the gum, put an antibiotic chip in and instructed me to get a waterpick to keep it clean. Haven't had an issue since. I recently bought another waterpick and tried to submit it to my flex save account. You can be reimbursed but you need a letter of necessity from your doctor or dentist. No big deal right? My mom had to have oral surgery and I have to say both times it wasn’t a long wait and everyone puts you at ease. Very professional and great communication. Would recommend.
I would like to combat the 1 star comment. Regardless the wait… the staff and doctors are amazing. They put you at ease. No one wants to see an oral surgeon. It’s something you have to do. I was scared and uncomfortable and everyone made it such an easy experience. I can’t express how amazing this office is.
Wait was over an hour . Ridiculous
