I love the staff very sweet and very helpful
Ordered glasses over a month ago, cant get anyone on the phone and havent heard if my glasses are in or not. Not sure if people are actually working here when there are people "working here".
Listen, let me just start by saying that the women who work here are wonderful. However, I randomly chose this location for an eye exam and quickly realized that eye exams are clearly not where they make their money. I have a detached retina with massive scarring, and every other eye doctor I’ve seen has shown amazing interest in how my eye has attempted to self-repair over the last seven years. Absolutely Fantastic! Only place I will go for new glasses. Erica is the best!
A terrible experience. They NEVER answer their phones but when you walk in, the girl behind the desk is on her phone. I will go to Mamaroneck instead. Avoid this place.
