Listen, let me just start by saying that the women who work here are wonderful. However, I randomly chose this location for an eye exam and quickly realized that eye exams are clearly not where they make their money. I have a detached retina with massive scarring, and every other eye doctor I’ve seen has shown amazing interest in how my eye has attempted to self-repair over the last seven years. A terrible experience. They NEVER answer their phones but when you walk in, the girl behind the desk is on her phone. I will go to Mamaroneck instead. Avoid this place.
The doctor here is great, the staff…not so much. I had my records transferred to a different location because I could not get anyone on the phone and I tried walking in twice and it was CLOSED (even though the hours on the door indicated they should be open). Customer service is non-existent here. They make their own hours and never answer the phone. Drive 10 more minutes into Mamaroneck. The young man who works there is AMAZING!
Erica was wonderful upon my first visit to your location. She was very involved in my glasses picking process. Took her time and made honest recommendations which allowed me to pick my newest pair of frames. Super grateful. We need more people like Erica who are friendly social and care about the business they’re in and truly make a difference.
