I got a phone call 30 minutes before closing that my glasses are ready to be picked up. They were supposed to be sent to the Hopewell location and I get there and they’re not there. They’re there at the Carmel location and everyone in the Hopewell store wants to give me an attitude because they messed up and did not send my glasses to the correct store?
Friendly and very accurate with getting you your right prescription.
I waited two weeks for my appointment and then mysteriously the doctor was not available. They could have done something to accommodate me. Rotten service
