Been meaning to post.... Moved from the Tarrytown to the Ossining location and the errors still continue.... in Tarrytown they broke my daughter's frame, had to wait to get new ones, in Ossining I got the wrong prescription and then was told "oh sorry about that" etc... I've moved on.
Went into today to get new glasses. From the moment I walked in,I was greeted very nicely. Annie helped me with getting my glasses. Very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Both her daughters were there working. Very nice young ladies. I highly recommend checking them out. You won't be disappointed.
These people are fabulous. Kind, competent, skilled and efficient. They were very helpful when I needed repairs on the glasses of a bed bound senior citizen and I can’t recommend them highly enough for all your optical needs.
