The nurse in the back are where the infusion was given was nice but had a hard time finding a good vein on me. She went in the back and got a heat pack (activated by shaking) She threw it on the floor and Stomped on it, picked it up and put the now dirty thing on my arm where she poked me several times. I am a bit of a germ person so laying something on my arm that someone just stomped on with shoes freaked me out!! Please someone talk to her about the importance of cleanliness especially for us who may be immunocompromised.... read more
Dr. Esper is exceptionally knowledgeable and caring. The tech who took my blood (new to me) was very careful and thorough.
