Dr Lance really listens to his patients then offers his experienced advice. Great guy, great Doctor.
Dr. Lance is extremely competent and has a delightful bedside manner. He is the reason I chose to have my surgery in Spokane rather than at a bigger hospital. Aside from Dr. Lance being a great surgeon, I have to give him two stars based on his staff. If you are expecting any care or compassion you will be in the wrong office. Dr Lance thorough excellent care. Front office worst ever. I wonder if they ever answer the phone, even tried physicians line no answer after 7 rings. Stayed on hold 29, 25, 10 minutes on different days of the week.
Many reviews attest to the fact that Dr. Lance is a nice guy, that he explains things clearly, and that he is comforting. All these are true and are important traits, but of utmost importance is the fact that he is an excellent excellent and meticulous surgeon. He is up to date on the latest techniques, is a competent diagnostician and wisely suggests the best treatment options. If you want the best possible outcome, Dr. Lance is the surgeon you can trust to deliver.
Very helpful in explaining options leading up to robotic removal of prostate versus radiation. Absolutely made the best choice for me. Excellent surgery with minimal pain. Highly recommend this fine physician and caring person.
Every time I have been to see Dr Lance he has been on top of every stage of my urology needs. He is honest and respectful. My surgery went well and I feel great about my decision to be under his care. I would recommend him and his staff to everyone in need, he is by far the best.
