I grew up on Shadow Lawn the first 10 years of my life. Doctor Mariani was always so kind to us. I particularly remember how for halloween every year, when most people would just buy bags of candy, he put in all this work making candy apples. One year my mom let him take me to a red sox game and he bought me a souvenir after. I chose two D-cell batteries at the huge store we stopped at in Boston and he was so confused. Such a great guy.
