Me and my family have been going to Dr. Eleanor Chui for years, she's an amazing dentist who really knows what she's doing, I always feel taken care of when I'm at the clinic. No one likes going to the dentist but I find Dr. Chui is a no fuss, straight to the point, gets you in and taken care of and on your way which is exactly how I like it. 10/10
Front desk is nice 🙏, and doctor Chiu is very helpful.
Very incompetent front desk. Booked appointments 6 months briar give her everything my name my blue cross all and when I went there Friday July 24 2026 she didn't had nothing ready. And she trying to tell me something wrong with my insurance, she just didn't know how to use blue cross. And panicked out of desperation. So I walked away don't have time for that kind of stuff. I think doctors should make sure she gets the help she needs so peoples time don't get wasted.
Rude staff , The Doctor did my same bridge twice( because she have left space under the bridge) , but still there is gape under the bridge , which is bothering me . As per insurance policy I cannot do that same bridge in next 5 years again . The food get stuck under the bridge and it smells bad . I will never recommend them for any dental services .
