I used to have a different dentist for 10+ years, just too lazy to change. However, up to a point that I could not take it any more due to his substandard service. I have selected Dr Chiu as my dentist based on colleagues' recommendations. So far I am happy with her professional service: precise, knowledgeable, and caring. Her staff seems to be very busy but try their best and straight forward in communications They get things done. The best things: They are on time and charge very reasonable fees.

Services has always been impeccable. They are way more professional than other places who only wants to milk the money out of you or your insurance and don't care about your well-being. The other clinic I went (Rundle dental), after moving home, wanted to do all kind of works on my teeth, among which, the removal of my bottom wisdom tooth due to a "cavity" and all kind of reasons. I used to live in a different province before and had all my fillings done at least 10-20 years ago. I never had any problems with them. Less than 2 years ago, I went there for a filling and last night it fell out when I was flossing before bed. Is that normal or are they incompetent and did a poor quality job? Or is it just the circumstances of my tooth's situation? Update: Dr Chiu fixed it without any charge after I show her the fallen out pieces. Let see how long it will last this time.
