I wish i had a review to read that gave an honest opinion on Dr. Harshbargers rhinoplasty surgical competence before i moved forward with my surgical procedure. Red flag number one was that he has no public pre and post-operative photos. I am a 24 year old girl who wanted my nose to have the same appearance, but functional breathing. Dr Harshbarger was supposed to fix a couple issues with my nose that a previous surgeon caused. On the initial visit, he said that he would fix the bridge that had some sharp bone fragments that would hurt when I wore my glasses and also fix the tip of my nose which had become much wider since the injury to my nose. I even showed him a picture of my face before the injury and he said it would be an easy fix to make my nose similar to what it was in the picture.
