My Mom who is 90 years old had major surgery on 7/21/2026 with Dr Harshbarger and Dr Koltz. These two doctors are amazing and completed this extremely complicated surgery in 2 hours. She is healing exceptionally well and the Doctors are amazed at how well she is doing at her age. I highly recommend Dr Harshbarger and Dr Koltz. They are the best!

Excellent plastic surgeon. Probably the best you're going to find in Texas. Very pleasant, very skilled, and very good at what he does. Plus the entire staff is friendly and helpful and about as professional and courteous as they could be. The whole team always did their best to communicate well and make me as comfortable as possible. Nothing but good things to say about the whole team.

I wouldn’t recommend Dr. Harshburgers PA to anyone. Specifically, Liz. She is very disrespectful, has no bedside manner and jokes about illnesses. Dr. Harshburger is the Chief of the Plastic Surgery team, yes. But, he has a big head. Crazy how authority can do that to someone. Honestly, sometimes hospitality overrides the quality of what a doctor does, and in this case it certainly has!

Dr. Harshbarger did an excellent job on my nose, which was a very difficult case. After a few previous procedures that did not fully address the problems, I had lots of structural issues and couldn't breathe well on one side, and almost no flow on the other side. I had very little good cartilage left. He did a rib graft and made a whole new structure. This is the first time in my whole life that I can really breathe fully through my nose!

I met with Dr Harshbarger and his staff as a result of a fall and broken eye socket after a trip to the ER when my fracture became a “blowout”. After allowing the swelling to subside, Dr H. performed surgery to implant a new floor in my socket. He was thorough, consummately professional, and attentive to me and my family. His staff is knowledgeable, efficient and supportive. I can’t imagine this process could go any better.
