Kind, thorough and reasonable treatment plan.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Hsu performed surgery on my left foot in November 2024 and I truly regret trusting him with my care. What was supposed to be a quality-of-life procedure has left me in worse shape than before — in constant pain, unable to walk normally, and struggling just to wear shoes. My toe was positioned in such an unnatural way that it feels like there’s a rock underneath it, and walking now feels foreign and painful.
