Dr. Hsu explained what he was planning to do re: foot surgery. He also Informed me of infection rates, approximate healing time, and expected levels of pain. Office was clean and staff were very efficient.

Personable. Sincere. Educational. During the exam he explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. Dr HSU and the entire University Orthopedic staff couldn’t have been more helpful and empathetic.
