The techs are quick and responsive but the quotes team is the worst that I've seen. We've been waiting 4 weeks for a quote on 1 lift and almost 2 weeks on a quote for another.
Always very helpful, whether you need parts or a bit of knowledge.
double charged. they do not keep track of old invoices. If I could give 0 stars I would. I highly recommend finding someone else. Very unprofessional/unorganized.
