Dr Topp. I had an appointment with Dr. Topp on 1-7-2026. The appointment was scheduled by the Department of Labor, federal man's comp. I live in Jacksonville, Fla. and drove 83 miles for this appointment. There are no doctors in the Jacksonville area that will work with the Department of Labor to give a second opinion on a needed surgery. Dr. Topp was concerned about the money that the DOL was paying me for being out of work. I retired after over 42 1/2 years of working for the DOD on regular retirement not workers comp.
