From the beginning to the end the service was awesome!!
Linda and I had a great conversation as she preformed a beautiful cleaning job of my teeth! AND,,,thanks to Lori for helping us find a new eye doctor.
I speak for Victoria and me. We were very pleased with the service, the friendliness and courtesy. Dr. Ramirez is a wonderful dentist. The equipment is very up to date. I asked for a "Happy Face" because I did a good job on my med history form. I did not get one buy I got a very nice tiny car. Love it!

I called this office from Florida about my Mom who was in a Memory Care facility in Ca. The facility informed me that she needed some work done because her mouth was hurting her. Mom cannot walk or stand on her own and is very fragile. I explained my situation to Lori and she walked me through what was needed to get her in quickly to see Dr. Hoyt. I needed 2 crowns and at every part of the procedure they made sure I was comfortable and not in pain. I was finished in just over 3 hours even when I needed 3 shots to be numbed. At the end they showed me the before and after pictures and I am extremely pleased. No discomfort at all the next day. Customer service at its finest!
Going to the dentist is never on your short list of things to look forward to :), but Dr. Hoyt’s office always makes it the best experience possible.
