Every time I walk in here, I am greeted by friendly and personable staff. My hygienist is always polite, and she explains everything to me that she is doing. Everyone is very understanding of any issues I may have, and I NEVER feel overcharged or asked to spend more money than necessary. I am treated like a close family member, and I actually like coming to the dentist now. Who knew?
