As a consultant I prefer my appointsments to be first thing in the morning. Of course in LA that means dealing with traffic. I thought I had allowed enough time to be on time but the traffic wasn't cooperting. I called to update the office and there was no problem arriving 10 mintues late. They accommodated my lack of better planning. Thank you Dr. Hoyt and Team!
This was my daughter's first dental appointment and she was very nervous. The team is so friendly and kind and ensured that her first trip to the dentist was a positive one. They had a great book about visiting the dentist in the lobby. We read the book twice. The hygienist was able to encourage her to sit still for x-rays and a good cleaning. Going to the dentist isn't as bad with Dr. Hoyt's office. Always a pleasant experience and that is not something you usually say about a dentist visit.
Most of my friends hate going to the dentist. So did I until I started going to Dr Hoyt's office. Outstanding service and a very friendly staff.
