I'd give 10 stars if I could. No other mechanics are as honest and helpful. Especially nice that they're patient with an anxious person like myself! Had a lot of bum cars and some bad mechanics. Ray and his team always assuage my concerns and find+fix the issues in my car. Anytime it's been too expensive they don't pressure me to get it done, just give advice and fix whatever I can afford at the time. Thanks for being awesome!!!
Ray is a GREAT mechanic. Do yourself a favor and check his shop out. I would not hesitate to send my wife and family here. Honest, reliable mechanic. He quoted me just about the same as dealer for a new starter (actually a little less). Why spend money at a massive dealer that is not locally owned when you can support small business? One of our fleet vehicles was in need of service. Raymond Charles Automotive came highly recommended. Took the truck in earlier today and they did a great job getting me back on the road in no time. He was honest and experienced. Would recommend thier team to anyone needing vehicle service.
10/10. Quick, informative, professional. Price was fair and I only had to wait for a little less than an hour and the problem I had was fixed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.
