Awful experience. Ray ruined my car after what should have been a simple repair. He refused to take responsibility after returning the car to him. He also adds additional charges. I do not recommend trusting this place based on my experience and the reviews of others. Ray is not an honorable mechanic and there are better options in the area.
I've used Raymond Charles automotive a few times for all of my mechanic needs in Pasco county. We drive a very far distance to come have our vehicles serviced here because we don't trust any place as much as this shop. Highly recommended!
I called Ray for help with my older car, and he was very kind and helpful. He had me in and out with in 10 minutes! Would highly recommend :)
After Hurricane Helene, Raymond promptly provided me with a damage report for my flooded car, which I used to apply for FEMA assistance. However, FEMA was unable to reach him to verify the damage. They asked me to visit the shop and have him call them directly. When I arrived, Raymond welcomed me warmly and immediately offered to speak with FEMA through my phone. He provided them with all the necessary information without hesitation. Raymond is not only an excellent mechanic but also a true gentleman.
I wanted to give a huge thanks to Ray and his team over at Raymond Charles automotive. I met Ray almost 2 years and have always had pleasant interactions with him. Recently, I needed a lot of work done to my very unpredictable 2003 BMW 530i. Ray and his team did the work but then I had some issues with some of the brand new parts which we later learned were defective from the factory.
