Poor results and communication. I hired Caylor Heating & Cooling to perform a technical inspection and provide a report for a home purchase and specifically requested that they coordinate with my realtor during the process. Unfortunately, I never received the inspection report. I’ve been a customer of Raymond Caylor Heating & Cooling for many years. After the ice storm we had over the weekend my heat pump wasn’t defrosting. I called them and told them of the problem and their technician was here in about 3 hours. He spent 30 to 45 minutes outside in 17 degree weather and fixed the problem. This is the kind of service they have always provided me. I highly recommend their business if you ever have a heating or cooling issue. Thanks to all their employees!
