Had to call this office 3 times just to setup a physical. The third call was sent to voicemail and I explained that I called twice before. I had to plead with them to call me back. They finally did and the person calling sounded very irritated. I tried calling to follow up and confirm my appointment. It took 3 calls and now answer before I gave up. I will be canceling my appointment once someone can answer me and I am switching my primary care physician. This office has horrible customer service.
Dr. Fernandez has been my primary doctor for years and wouldn’t trust my health with anyone else. He is always there for me for any questions I may have and he is completely honest and thorough. He is totally down to earth and HONEST.
I have been going to Saddleback Medical Group for ever 15 years and the doctors and other professionals are the best.
