I hired Mr. Raymond for an appraisal on a distressed property I inherited. Choosing him was the best decision I could have made. He used his years of experience to come up with a very accurate value of the house despite a lack of comps in the area due to the condition of my inherited property. The Worst!!!!
My house was appraised as a 3 bed 3 bath. My house is a 4 bed 3 full bath with many upgrades.
Chad really helped me out. He was easy to work with, professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and educate me about the market conditions both locally and overall I highly recommended Raymond Appraisal.
