This was our first visit with this practice. I have had negative experiences with other pediatric eye doctors on Staten Island, and was really hopeful that this would be a good fit. The wait was minimal, which was a huge win. Dr. Ray Pirozzolo made my son feel so comfortable. He is friendly, relatable and knowledgeable. I felt confident with my son being in his care and we will be returning in the future.
I Like Dr. Pirozollo however the way the office staff treated my kid was awful . she had a office visit for contacts -they changed her prescription when she received her contacts she tried it on and since they changed her prescription she couldn't see out of one eye. it was blurry . I instructed her to immediately go to the office with all contacts she ordered and switch it. they said there was nothing they could do. even though dr was in she would have to make another appointment for following week. how are you going to let... read more
