I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
