John is awesome. We went to 7 different UHaul places today, no one could help us, I called the 800 # and they messed up my reservation after driving out of my way. Finally found John and his place of business and I got a uhaul in 25 minutes. John was the best. Go see him.
Easily the worst u-haul experience I've ever had. Nobody was physically present at the location and it took me an hour to check out my truck on my phone. I will never do service with them again and I'd recommend that you take your business elsewhere.
Great place to get a UHaul!!
