waited two hours for shots for a cat. Asked paper work for for rescue. had to leave and left my 82 year old mother to transport cat home to owner and the your lady brought out the clip board and tossed it at my mother this is un called for. just because she ask to have paper work on cat. very unprofessional.

Their staff is amazing, attentive, and caring! I was so impressed with how urgently they were willing to see my sick pets even though their schedule was pretty full and they were operating at half staff due to Covid-19. My super nervous dog did excellent under their care! Their prices are affordable (in terms of vet bills at least). I can't recommend them enough!
My Dixie was never seen there before. I called up as an emergency to get her checked. Her snout was swelling , and without hesitation they had me come in. Even with the Covid -19 precautions in place, staff handled everything very professionally and were very courteous and understanding. I was told Dixie was stung by a bee and would be fine. I am grateful for their services today and would recommend them in the future.
