Very disappointed. My daughter made an appointment on Jan 8 for Feb 3rd for a full hair color. She showed up and was told “ sorry we don’t see you in the schedule, not sure what happened”. Well her birthday is tomorrow and she has 3 little girls works odd hours as a nurse and had to move mountains for this appointment. Owner later offered a free cut and blow dry. Although my stylist is great I will not be going there again. I had a facial back in May. The next day I had a rash all over my face. It lasted almost two weeks. I called and spoke to the lady and she seemed concerned, however they would not give me a refund on the product kit I had bought. Ever time I used it it made the rash worse. So, there goes $35 plus tax. Ok, I guess I can live with that, but I was not happy. I can't say enough great things about Rayfield & Company...I truly love this full service hair salon. It starts with your first impression when you enter the salon with an atmosphere that is updated and extremely clean. The way they handled operating through the pandemic is amazing. Stephanie Stowers is hands down one the best stylist I have been to! I am new to the area and have been hesitant on finding a new stylist. I had my previous stylist help me find the right one and he didn’t go wrong!! She is so fun, professional and knows what she is doing. She also educated me along the way which is something I have never gotten. She did an amazing job on my color and cut and I couldn’t be happier.
