My daughter made an appointment for a full hair coloring on Jan 8 and confirmed it with the stylist only to be turned away today at her appointment time. Tomorrow is her birthday and this was her birthday gift from me to her. She has 3 little girls and works as a nurse odd hours. She had to move mountains to make this appointment and to be told “ sorry we don’t have you on the schedule, not sure what happened “. Very disappointed. My daughter made an appointment on Jan 8 for Feb 3rd for a full hair color. She showed up and was told “ sorry we don’t see you in the schedule, not sure what happened”. Well her birthday is tomorrow and she has 3 little girls works odd hours as a nurse and had to move mountains for this appointment. Owner later offered a free cut and blow dry. Although my stylist is great I will not be going there again. I had a facial back in May. The next day I had a rash all over my face. It lasted almost two weeks. I called and spoke to the lady and she seemed concerned, however they would not give me a refund on the product kit I had bought. Ever time I used it it made the rash worse. So, there goes $35 plus tax. Ok, I guess I can live with that, but I was not happy. Emily was wonderful as always!! Her knowledge is evident in the consult. She was ready for me when I arrived and completed my appointment on time. I’m so proud for her growing in her career and so glad she’s at Rayfield!!

I'm so happy that I found Rayfield and Company ~ the great Google reviews are spot on! The salon is upbeat with nice decor and the receptionist helped me find an opening last minute. But even more, I'm thrilled to have Jaimie as my new stylist. She gave me one of my two favorite cut/colors of all time. I always ask my stylists to do what they think my hair needs, and the chunky highlights and length that Jaimie chose are perfect. I look forward to my next appointment in a few weeks!

Stephanie is an extraordinary stylist. My daughter and I were blessed to find her! She does amazing highlights and cuts. I trust her suggestions . She has become so much more than our stylist, she has become a family friend!
