I love this place! Thank you guys. I've tried to get this rattle out of my poor baby forever. You fixed it! At a great price, no up selling, just plain good guys. So sweet too. 100% recommend this place.
Abdul and the staff knows what they are doing! They replaced a water pump on my 2014 explorer! If you look it up this is not a simple job! I called everywhere and most mechanics don't even want to touch my explorer! However the difference with Reyes Auto said with confidence "yes, we can don't"! By me calling around I was able to find out how much it was going to cost me! They quoted me at the lower end of the of the spectrum from what all the other mechanics were telling me! Very bad service and the owner of this place is very bad. The prices are very high. When you go to him for repairs, he says the prices are high, so you sell him your car at a very cheap price. I do not recommend going there.
Modern cars are not cars from 1990s, and they require a different approach. The guys at Rayes were the only ones who actually used proper diagnostic and adaptation equipment to check my malfunctioning a/c before just throwing parts at it. To me as a car guy that was a big green flag! No surprise the a/c is now blowing cold air better than ever. Great people, too!
