Dr Bellinger is the best.
I wanted to establish myself as a patient of Dr. Boston. His office staff interviewed me when I called to make appt. They said Dr. Boston would have to decide if he could take me as a patient and they would call me back...have not heard back...I have no health issues so I am not sure why they had to "decide" if he would take me as a patient.....If I hear back now, there is no way I would entrust him with my care.
Dr. Bellinger is a caring wonderful doctor and in my opinion, human. He has a great bedside manner and is extremely knowledgeable. Great cardiologist if you need one!
Dr. Bellinger treated my wife for atrial fibrillation. When other drugs failed to deal with the problem, he prescribed Amiodarone. We knew this could be a toxic drug, but there is a well accepted protocol for monitoring its use which includes lung function tests, lung imaging, and thyroid tests. In the four years that she took the drug he ordered none of these tests. She died of symptoms associated with Amiodarone toxicity such as lung fibrosis and hyperthyroidism. I believe he was negligent.
I AM SO UPSET OVER MY EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME, I ARRIVED AT 8;12, HAD BEEN IN TERRIBLE TRAFFIC COMING DOWN FAIR OAKS BLVD. BUMPER TO BUMPER, MY APPOINTMENT WAS AT 8 AM, I AM NEVER LATE, BUT, TODAY I WAS 12 MIN LATE, THE GAL AT THE DESK WAS TALKING TO SOMEONE AND IT WAS PERSONAL, FOR AT LEAST TWO MORE MIN, WHEN I SIGNED IN SHE SAID OH YOUR LATE YOU WILL HAVE TO RESCHEDULE, NOBODY IN THE ROOM, BUT ME, THIS IS A DISGRACE, MY PARTNER IS YOUR PATIENT, HOPEFULLY NOT ANYMORE.

Dr. Ullery was amazing. He was so thorough, thoughtful, and sincere in his approach.
Dr. Boston "fired" my father as a patient after 20 years, giving him some vague excuse that sounded like they were no longer compatible. My father is 86 years old. The doctor was urging my father to have open heart surgery. My father was not comfortable with that and refused the surgery. At his next appointment, the doctor's nurse handed him a letter and his files telling him to find a new doctor. I wonder how easy that will be at his age. I find this completely unprofessional.
I have trusted my life and health care with Dr. U. Not anymore. He almost killed me. He deprived me of liquids for 2 weeks. I had to take a medication for fluid retention. Dr U was on vacation that week. I worked primarily with the nurse. Well, the outcome was I ended up in the ER severely dehydrated. I was told to drink only 40ozs of liquid a day for 2 weeks. Now, could I have misjudged 40oz? Maybe. But I know that 40oz is not enough especially I was peeing out a lot of fluid. Please be careful
