I spoke to him on the phone and asked for a quote for a small rendering repair I needed carried out. He told me to email him some pics and he will call back with a quote. Well, I emailed him some pics but never heard anything back. I even spoke to him on the phone a day later and he confirmed he received the email and I was told again he would call back with a quote but he never called back.
