I read the nice reviews so decided to give them a try boy was I stupid. They are capable of charging big money and not fixing anything. They made us feel hopeless. If you are not careful like I wasn't they will take serious money from you for a job they never did proper. Somebody should take away their license.

It's been a many years since I last had any of the family cars serviced at Rayco, so I was very cautious to see the 3 generations of the Bader family crooks still actively engaged in stealing and tricking people. My wife's car had an exhaust leak in the rear and I was sure about a possible problem in the front so I only asked for a price for the rear & never told Steve I knew front was at 100 %. minor problem. Rayco is a glorified oil changing scheme. The owner and family will act really nice and all of sudden tell you that you need major work on your car. That's what happened to me. I had them rotate my tires. The owner told me I needed new ball bearings and brakes and if I did not get it fixed soon, the rotor may have to be replaced. I got suspicious being that my breaks had low mileage on them. I went for a second opinion at Pep Boys. Did a horrible job on brakes, my car crashed when going slow, the brakes failed. The dealer blamed me and would not correct the problem.

Wonderful car care service! I only recommend this place! They have been family owned and operated for 50 years plus! They have done all sorts of services for my vehicle. They do the nitty gritty jobs that some places turn down. Their prices are magnificent, they saved me over $1000 from what the dealer wanted to charge! I would never take my car to the dealer, they are all rip offs. I have been going to Rayco in Eatontown for over 20 years! I just had a full tune up done there, it was perfect. I have only had great experiences with them. They tell it to you straight with no BS. Prices are fair. I like that they are family owned and they don't look to rip you off like the franchises do. You don't feel like you're a number when you're there. You can actually deal with a real person who makes decisions.
