There isn't a way to put no stars, but I would definitely put no stars. I hired this man and he wanted money ahead of time, which is my own fault for giving him the money. Needless to say I waited and waited for concrete. I decided to fire him and hire somebody else. The next guy that came in informed me that the way he was going to pour it was incorrect.
