I walked into Ryan inquiring about a e-sim and walked away with an iPhone XS (my new travel phone - it is unlocked). Whilst there I found out my phone charger was bad. He gave me an awesome deal on a charger and a new phone case. He even gave me a screen protector as my bday gift. When you are in Vancouver, plz stop by Ryan Mobile. He is customer friendly and is very knowledgeable! Wish I could give him another star!!!
Went to change my phone screen about a month ago, 30 min and it was done! He is very efficient and nice! After a week my screen started flashing, nothing serious but it was bothering me a bit so I came back and with no problem he replaced my screen again no cost! I highly recommend him :)
Seriously a life saver! Fast service and fairly priced. Rayan fixed my phone within an hour and I was so worried that my phone was done-for. So thankful and happy I found this place!! Save yourself the headache and don’t bother going to Apple Store.
