Update: I truly appreciate Raya Spa reaching out to me about my review and was very attentive and apologetic about my massage experience. They even gave me a gift card as well and applied to my account which was extremely nice of them. Thank you! This was my second visit and received the upper leg/bikini custom, and Nally was my esthetician for the second time. She's always such a joy and I will definitely continue to return. I also received the Swedish massage, with Lana. I almost told her to just do medium firm, but I'm glad I didn't say anything bc the massage lacked in many areas.
