Avoid Ray White Zoom Group – Especially Rachel Barass! If I could give zero stars, I would. This agency is completely unprofessional, and Rachel Barass is by far the worst property manager I have ever dealt with. She was polite at first, but once the lease was signed, she became completely unresponsive.
