I purchased my first home with Alex Ghinis, with settlement at the end of June 2026. Multiple adjustments to the contract were made during the settlement process due to issues arising when works that were in the contract were beyond the scope initially agreed upon. Alex was able to negotiate that an amount was held from the vendors at settlement to cover the estimated works required post settlement. I purchased a property from Ray White Woodville and was very unhappy with the service. We had next to no contact with the agent . Other staff had no idea what was going on with the property and couldn't answer our questions. We saw different staff at each open and met the agent once who was running late for the next open. Communication between us ,the agent and the staff involved was minimal. To receive a phone call after leaving an honest review and to be disrespected during the call is very unprofessional.
