It's very clear these people don't know how to read because I'm pretty sick to death of them putting junk mail in my letterbox. Wouldn't trust them to sell my house if they can't keep their letterbox drops under control. Always seems to be this branch in particular. Phone calls don't work, maybe a negative review will.
Heidi has been a marvelous property manager for us over the years. The other staff including the receptionists have always been efficient and very helpful.

Unfortunately, the service provided fell short of reasonable professional expectations, particularly around communication and clarity during settlement.
