I met with Danny. I did not feel listened to by him at all. He appeared very entitled and not wanting to take on any of my requests, low balling me, so he could just make a sale, and not knowing about the deals being offered by the company such as GST being included in the comission at the moment. As he has worked in the area for such a long time, l would expect him to know how to build trust with a client. Other reps are ok, but dont trust him.
My partner and I have been looking for a home for several years, and been through many agents and inspections. Chris from ray white has always sent through homes we may be interested in, stayed in touch and actually is a decent guy. He's the only agent we have had open homes with who continued to keep us in the loop and get us into houses before they hit the market. Appreciate all he has done to help us out!
