Enquired about a rental property that was for inspection and after arriving just finding out it had already leased even though ad said must inspect before applying. Quite disappointing and a disservice to those looking into renting a place in this housing crisis.
Purchased a house through Ray White. The agent we used was Jan De Rosso. I had some concerns with regards to transferring the property in to my name from my brothers as I was on a type of visa at the time which didn’t enable me to own property. I was advised, by Jan that this would not be an issue. I’d be able to get “first home buyers” and wouldn’t have to pay stamp duty AGAIN nor would we liable for capital gains tax. Terrible hangover from Christine after money for new property had been paid. Total mislead sale & property. Very annoyed & disappointed 😞
Terrible, dishonest handover. Christine does not fulfil promises, and mis sold my purchased home. She quickly handed over half of the keys, missing the mail keys, pulled up in the drive way for under a minute, gave me a cheap bottle of wine & wiped her hands clean. There was agreed a full bond clean & all electronics to be working. Far from thsr! The oven, stove top, range hood, dishwasher, dryer, fans, storeroom light & air con are not working. Was chasing a property in Balga, rang the listing agent many times from the first day, every time went to his mail box. Haven’t got a reply call until the property is under offer. I am not sure is this normal in the real estate industry, I suppose the agent’s job is negotiating the best offer for the seller.
