If I could give this a zero, I would. We told Luke & his team our expectations. Our home is a luxury, premium property. They marketed it online at $1M less than what we had indicated. So whilst we had lots of people come through, our 5 offers were all $1M less. When I did the research, I realised that our property was not showing up in the pricing it should.
