Neil was the third agent I approached about selling the property. The others gave me the usual sales spiel; Neil gave me an honest and realistic assessment. He clearly explained the pros and cons of selling in an uncertain and volatile market, actively supported me in getting the property ready, and never tried to upsell unnecessary extras. He is straight-talking, proactive and strategic. No spin, no bullshit—just honest advice, good judgement and solid support. I would recommend Neil to anyone.
Of course as buyer, I would avoid this guys at any cost, clearly guiding both ends of customers in dark, but as vendor, or investor wouldn’t even get Michael Nolan and his team involved in my property management due their unethical practices, don’t get fooled by his smooth talks.
