We found the team to be misleading, specifically regarding the terms of our agreement which were changed post-commitment. This felt predatory and unfair. We will not be using them again and suggest others find a more reputable agency.
Extremely disappointed with the service at Ray White Two Wells. The team was unprofessional and, frankly, misleading. We were faced with changing terms and conditions after commitment, which is an unacceptable way to conduct business. Buying a home is stressful enough without having to worry about the ethics of your agent. Avoid this office if you want an honest experience.
Great team effort from Jamie and Rhys, could not fault these guys. Kept me up to date the whole way through my sale which took no more than 15 days. Ongoing phone calls after sale to see if I needed any more help with anything, very friendly polite and would highly recommend them if your looking to sell!!
Have now bought and sold through this team and they've been amazing to deal with extremely professional and even worked after hours to help get me across the line while buying will 100% use every time
100% would not recommend Ray white barossa /Two Wells. After seeing one of my nearest and dearest friends go from elation to depression over the mismanagement of this company has been heartbreaking. 2 weeks past settlement and still waiting. Lots of excuses but no action. Lots of extra expenses but no compensation. Steer clear of this company. They work for the investment buyer not the small time seller. Not good enough. Not worth the stress and anxiety. Doubt they could sell a Barbie playhouse on marketplace . Avoid.
