Unacceptable service Working with Kate Coultas was honestly exhausting. Communication was minimal, updates were inconsistent, and we constantly had to chase basic information just to know what was going on. A higher offer was made during the campaign and we were not told about it at the time. That alone wiped out any trust we had in the process. He’s a bright, professional young man with a wealth of knowledge, and it really shows in the way he carries out his work. His approach was thorough, clear, and confident, and he made the whole process feel effortless. It’s refreshing to meet someone so switched-on and genuinely passionate about what they do. A massive shout out to Adam and the team. My housemate and I received great service and support in getting into our rental. I can't recommend the team at Ray White, especially Adam enough.
