Excellent work by Kevin and a successful sale in a quick time.
Recently changed ownership and they FAIL to act professionally or manage your property. They withhold your rent, then lie and say the tenants paid late. They are unable to manage simple task for upkeep of rental. Do not have this agent manger your property. You pay them to “manage” it and you have to check on a weekly basis for your rent payment, you are effectively managing the property yourself. Absolute worse property management
