I am extremely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism I received from Ray White Tarneit. Throughout this tenancy and the end-of-lease process, I was forced to send in excess of 50 emails simply to obtain basic communication and action on matters that should have been managed proactively. Absolute disgrace of a rental provider. I highly recommend that anyone looking at renting through these people do your research and look at their reviews. I wish that I had before signing a lease agreement with them. We have been in this property for 3 and a half weeks and have already had the worst experience. Our property manager, Swapna, is almost impossible to get a hold of, and when you do get a hold of her, she is difficult and doesn't understand basic common sense.
